2018 African American Parade Vendor Application

Please click the link to download the vendor registration form for this year’s parade. Please note that FINAL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY June 18th, 2018. As a reminder, it is required that all vendors selling food or snacks of any kind must also provide us with current proof of insurance and a copy of the certificate from the Lucas County Health Department by June 18th, 2018.
